PTI & Henner: Discontinuation of IPMI Offering For New Business, with effect from 1 October 2025

Dear Partners and clients,

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our activities in Vietnam. Following PTI & Henner’s recent strategic business review, a decision has been made to discontinue New Business offer for the Master Care International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) product administered by Henner, including both individual and SME insurance.

Please note that no new business or quotations will be issued beyond 1st October 2025. PTI and Henner will continue to process renewals for existing Master Care plans with renewal effective dates after 1 October 2025, until further notice.

Rest assured that all existing policyholders remain fully protected. Members can continue to access medical care through Henner provider network and utilise Henner services including Member Portal, Henner App, Customer Service Hotline, etc.

We are committed to keeping you informed throughout this process, with a strong focus on minimising any impact to you and your clients.
